Curriculum

Testing, without the panic.

Our children take a handful of NY State and NYC assessments across the year. We prepare honestly, keep families informed, and make sure no test feels bigger than the child taking it.

The assessments your child will see.

On test days
  • A good breakfast, a regular bedtime. We send a reminder the week before.
  • Arrive on time. Tests start at the bell and late starts can affect scoring.
  • Accommodations honored. IEP and ENL accommodations are in place — tell us if anything needs adjusting.
  • No phones in testing rooms. The main office holds anything a child brings by mistake.
